Who we are
Landisle Consulting LLC provides independent land due diligence research to buyers in the United States. Questions about this policy go to sunny@landisleconsulting.com.
What we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone, parcel and property details, and anything you type into a form or email.
Automatically: page URL, referring site, UTM campaign tags, and an anonymous visitor identifier used to understand which pages lead to orders. We do not collect precise location, and we do not run advertising pixels.
Why we use it
To research and deliver the report you ordered, to answer your questions, to send the resources you request, to send order status updates, and to see which pages of this site are useful. That's the whole list.
Cookies
Essential cookies remember your cookie choice and whether you told us you're a professional or an individual buyer. Analytics cookies — the anonymous visitor id and page attribution described above — only run if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time using the reset link in the footer.
Who else sees it
Our hosting, database and transactional email providers process data on our behalf so the site and emails work. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with brokers, lenders or agents.
How long we keep it
Order records and delivered research are kept for seven years so you can request a copy later. Marketing emails and lead records are removed on request, or after three years of no contact.
Your choices
Email us and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — no account or form required. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; transactional emails about an order you placed will still be sent.
Security
Data is stored with access controls that restrict each record to you and to Landisle staff. No system is perfect, so we keep the data we collect to the minimum the work needs.
Children
This site is meant for people buying land and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date below and, where it affects you, say so by email.
